Brenna Steiner

Brenna Steiner is an Integrative Health Coach & Certified Meditation Teacher with over 15 years of experience working with clients inspired to reclaim their health and their dreams. Brenna’s belief is that the practice most responsible for a life of good health, happiness, and fulfilled purpose is the quality of how we breathe. Breathwork is the foundational practice in Brenna’s approach to healing and high performance living. Her coaching and education programs additionally integrate Mindset, Exercise, Nutrition, Restoration and Play practices. Brenna has used research, coaching experience, in addition to her extensive education to guide numerous clients to the other side of health, fitness and life goals.

In addition to continuing to work with coaching clients, Brenna is also an Integrative Health Consultant teaching the science and practices of her Five Pillar Approach to practitioners that counsel clients in mental health, physical fitness, and other healthcare services. Brenna’s work centers on the relationship between the mind and the body, with the belief that supporting both are essential to the pursuit of healing and high performance. She empowers practitioners to develop the skills she teaches and provides mentorship to amplify their success.


Brenna received a B.A. from Marymount Manhattan College (Psychology & Communication Arts) and an M.S. from American University (Health Promotion Management & Nutrition Education). She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, and through the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute in Advanced Exercise Coaching and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher through The Mindfulness Center in Washington, D.C and in Performance Breathwork through XPT Extreme Performance Training, in California.
