Brenna received a B.A. from Marymount Manhattan College (Psychology & Communication Arts) and an M.S. from American University (Health Promotion Management & Nutrition Education). She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, and through the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute in Advanced Exercise Coaching and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. She is currently completing a 150-hour meditation teacher training through The Mindfulness Center in Washington, D.C.
Brenna’s innovative and holistic approach serves as a guide for individuals looking to achieve their optimal performance and well-being, connect to their emotional body, and engage with their authentic self. Brenna believes that true freedom is linked to joy and she encourages clients to understand, recognize, and create space in their life to express it.
Through her 15+ years of experience as a holistic wellness and fitness coach, Brenna Steiner has developed a powerful framework to healing that she uses to support clients of all ages and athletic abilities. Her approach to mindfulness & human performance incorporates many modalities from her knowledge base of chakra energy-systems, brain health, exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition and meditation. Brenna has coached CEOs, Ironman triathletes, teenage females adjusting through puberty, as well as cancer patients, and clients with active symptoms of PTSD.
