Caitlin Brosious is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#157650) and Board-Certified Art Therapist specializing in trauma-informed, holistic care. Deeply passionate about the healing potential of creativity, self-expression, imagination, and storytelling, she grounds her practice in a culturally humble framework, honoring each client's unique lived experience. Caitlin is LGBTQ+ affirming and enjoys supporting individuals ages 12–70 from diverse backgrounds.
Drawing on both personal insight and professional expertise, Caitlin offers a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach to treating anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She thoughtfully integrates Art Therapy with evidence-based modalities - including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic techniques - to deliver individualized care that meets each client's individual needs.
Caitlin holds an undergraduate degree from Pitzer College and an MA in Marital and Family Therapy with Specialized Training in Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. She completed her clinical traineeship at the YWCA Glendale, where she provided compassionate support to families and survivors of domestic violence.
