Individual yoga is offered as one-on-one sessions, with our trained yoga & mindfulness certified professional in a safe and positive environment to explore body awareness and the mind-body connection. Classes include physical postures and breath-work to support focus & clarity, calm nerves, promote self-regulation, and boost one’s sense of self. Classes are available for kids and/or adults. In-home individual yoga sessions can also be arranged.
