Our group yoga programs are designed to make yoga a purposeful and valuable experience for all. In this supportive community, individuals can explore their sense of self in relation to others. Classes include physical postures and breath-work in a group dynamic to create cohesiveness, sense of belonging and a positive group energy that lifts and supports one another. All levels welcomed. Groups are mindfully put together based on age and other factors.
