Our group mindfulness programs are designed to train the individual mind to pay attention, on purpose, in the present and without judgement. Practicing mindfulness in group settings offers the support and motivation of a cohesive set, ability to gain perspective about the practice and often yields a deeper practice. With consistency and practice, mindfulness has been found to improve mood, regulate emotions, decrease anxiety and improve concentration. The therapeutic group provides structure & accountability which helps build a sustainable habit of practice.
