CHILD ANXIETY REDUCTION EXPERTS
Ryan Knuppenburg is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at Alliant University. He earned
his master’s degree in Human Development and Family Science, with a specialization in
addiction treatment. Ryan brings a strong foundation in behavioral health, research, and
clinical care to his work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
Ryan has experience across outpatient, residential and community mental health settings,
where he has provided individual counseling, group therapy, case management, and support
for neuropsychological assessments. His work has included helping individuals and families
navigate emotional, behavioral, relational, and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Ryan is passionate about helping children, teens and families build healthier coping skills,
strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges with confidence. He is known for his warm,
collaborative, and authentic style and strives to create a supportive environment where clients
feel understood, empowered, and equipped for meaningful change.
Ryan provides individual therapy and co-leads therapeutic groups for children, adolescents,
and families. Supervision is provided by Dr. Erin Cantwell, PhD.
