CHILD ANXIETY REDUCTION EXPERTS
Kazia earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Palo Alto University. She completed her clinical training at The Maple Counseling Center, where she provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families from diverse backgrounds. She brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy and is dedicated to helping clients build practical skills while gaining deeper insight into themselves and their relationships.
Kazia has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, attachment difficulties and personal growth. She works collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.
While drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relationship-based and insight-oriented approaches, Kazia helps clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions and past experiences influence their current challenges. She believes that combining self-awareness with practical strategies empowers clients to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Kazia is passionate about creating a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. She approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity and authenticity, partnering with clients to build resilience, overcome obstacles and move toward lives that reflect their values and goals. Supervision is provided by Dr. Erin Cantwell, PhD.
