Danielle Ballard is a registered Psych Associate and a third-year doctoral candidate at the California School of Professional Psychology. She has been working with clients at CARE-LA for 3 years and is currently supervised by Dr. Erin Cantwell.
Danielle has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). She works with both children and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and other related challenges. She also has experience with parenting and family work.
She is a 200hr certified Yoga Instructor and uses her background in mindfulness-based practices to support both her adolescent and adult clients. Her goal is to help individuals cultivate this practice within their own lives to achieve and maintain long-term mental well-being. She is passionate about working with children and their families to achieve their goals.
